Manitoba Employment Video Production is the legal operating name (Business Name) and same is referred to as "Manitoba Employment" throughout our website, advertisements, marketing materials and other media forms.
2. Description of Services
Our services primary pertain to the production of Applicant Introduction Videos and the re-design of a clients existing Resume. Although Manitoba Employment takes every reasonable precaution to limit and reduce the chance of any harm to users of our services, there are limitations as to the overall control that we may have to prevent loss and damage from occurring. As such, and by using our services, you agree not to hold Manitoba Employment or any of it's subsidiaries, partners, agents or third-party service providers liable to any loss(es) or damage that you may incur. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.
The production of Applicant Introduction Videos involves the filming of a client for the purpose of that material content being shared with employers. It is outside of our control as to who may obtain access to your Applicant Introduction Video once it is produced and uploaded to our website. Despite offering our clients the benefit of having their Applicant Introduction Video hosted on a password protected webpage within our website, there will always be the risk of an unintended or unauthorized person from being able to view, download, distribute or otherwise use any or all of your video content for any reason or purpose. It is your responsibility to understand and agree to the potential risk(s) associate with sharing your personal information, including your image (digital, or otherwise), via any publicly accessible network such as the internet.
The re-design of a clients Resume involves uploading the clients information to a third party website for the purpose of editing, reproducing and ordering both digital and print media that contains the clients information. By using our services, you agree not to hold Manitoba Employment liable for any harm, damage or loss that may occur as a result of this process.
Manitoba Employment provides complimentary Express-Post mail delivery of stationary materials associated with the services we offer. This includes the delivery of printed Resume(s) and Mailers that contain the personal information of our clients. You agree not to hold Manitoba Employment liable for any harm, damage or loss that may occur as a result of this process. Manitoba Employment reserves the right to select, based on its preference, which carrier to use in respect to the delivery of stationary items to you (our client).
The decision to share your Resume with others is yours alone. You understand that sharing your Resume,, inclusive of the QR code which is linked to your produced Applicant Introduction Video, comes with certain risk(s). It is your responsibility to safeguard your own personal information. You agree not to hold Manitoba Employment liable for any harm, damage or loss that you may experience as the result of actions taken, or neglected to be taken, by anyone or entity with whom you have shared your Resume or QR code with - whether directly or indirectly.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. You also agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or harm other users, violate the rights of third parties,
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services, use our services for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent, or in any way modify the services offered or provided to you by Manitoba Employment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Manitoba Employment or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manitoba Employment shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Manitoba Employment, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with all applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Manitoba Employment exclusively offers it's services to clients who reside within the province of Manitoba and / or who intend to accept our services within Manitoba.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
10. Refunds & Credits: Our services are 100% non-refundable. Purchases made for our services are only available within the geographical area(s) shown on the map below. If your purchase our services but do not reside within our service area, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less an administrative charge at our discretion. ONLY communities within the black circle on the map below are able to receive our services.

Manitoba Employment collects your personal information for the purposes of offering you our services. As the primary function of our business is to promote you to employers, your information may be disclosed to not only the intended recipient, but also to others.
We collect information including, but not limited to: Your name, home address, mailing address, date of birth, location of birth, current and historical names and places of employment, educational history including the names and addresses of institutions and academies, your phone number(s), email address(es), fax number(s) and other information that we deem necessary in the execution of our business.
While we take ever reasonable precaution to safeguard your information, there is always risk which is outside of our control. By using our services and providing us with any information, you agree not to hold us liable for any damage, loss or harm that you may experience as a result.
Additionally, you agree not to hold any of our agents, partnering businesses or third parties liable in any way, as the result of sharing your information with us through our website, by making a purchase, through text or email.
We will never sell your information.
The information you provide us with is primary used for the creation of a video script, a resume, and a produced video. As such, any information that you provide us with may appear in any of these 3 categories of activities.
